What You Will Do

  • Daily store goods receive, issuance and all other material movement activity
  • Incoming spares and materials bonding inspection
  • Track any shortages and delivery of goods and materials
  • Support in chemical and waste store management
  • Reconcile any invoices discrepancies in invoicing system
  • Review and carry out appropriate action for open purchase orders
  • Work closely with external and internal stakeholders such as vendors, buyers and Operations.
  • Run daily report for the materials department
  • Assist material movement due to quality issues (Return Material Authorization) and conduct periodic stock take
  • Support the continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities.
  • Upkeep and maintain store level of productivity and safety through 6S activities (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety)

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciplines
  • Min 3 years’ store/inventory management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Resourceful and proactive with initiative to drive for results
  • Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to support overtime to support business needs if required

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Relevant aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
