Responsibilites
- Perform consignment vendor management duties for the control of consignment stock level
- Generate inventory status reports daily for monitoring of NIL stock situation
- Monitor shipment from vendors to ensure timely goods receipt for consignment parts
- Administer consignment purchase orders to vendors
- Generate consumption report for reconciliation and billing purposes
- Liaise with warehouse subcontractor and consignment vendors on resolution for stock discrepancies.
- Provide supporting documents for processing and verification of invoices or credit memos from vendors
Requirements
- Diploma from a local Polytechnic
- Team player with good interpersonal and written skills
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge in SAP and experience in consignment vendor management would be an advantage
