Our client is looking for a Workday Compensation Expert. Details as below:


Role Overview:


· Workday Advanced Compensation Expert: Serve as the go-to expert for Workday Advanced Compensation, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Lead working sessions to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements. Assess actual stakeholder needs, propose effective recommendations, and suggest alternative solutions to meet their goals. Advise on best practices, recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.

· Dynamic Design & Deployment: Design, configure, test, and deploy the Workday Advanced Compensation module, adapting flexibly to evolving stakeholder needs.

· Leadership & Project Management: Oversee medium to high complexity projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring successful project execution without supervision. Communicate lessons learned and Workday best practices to stakeholders.

· Quality Assurance & Team Guidance: Manage project scope, quality, and timeline. Provide direction, coaching, and quality reviews for team members' work, ensuring high standards are met.

· Problem Solving: Conduct thorough research to identify root causes of problems and present/implement corrective measures.

· Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with clients to understand HCM touchpoints and anticipate module impacts. Continuously seek innovative approaches for efficient Workday deployment.

· Performance Metrics: Meet key performance indicators, including utilization targets, service level agreements, and customer satisfaction scores.

· Growth & Development: Play a pivotal role in team growth and Huron's expansion strategy in Singapore, actively contributing to team development.

· Sales Process Participation: Leverage expertise to actively participate in the sales process, driving engagement and business growth.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Workday Advanced Compensation and Reporting configuration is a must.
  • 5-15 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Compensation systems.
  • Successfully led at least two cycles of Advanced Compensation launches.
  • Experience with other Workday modules is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Expertise in Workday custom reporting, analytics, and EIB.
  • Knowledgeable in Workday security administration.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent data analytical and problem-solving abilities.
