- Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers.
- Prepare daily appointment sheets for service advisors.
- Forward information to the respective department.
- Properly file completed job cards and invoices.
- Archive documents digitally for easy access.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/A Level/Dip holder.
- Customer service oriented.
- Prior working experience in customer service line will be an advantage.
