Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop creative and engaging content that speaks to stakeholder needs, which can include creative copywriting for short and long-form content, EDMs, websites, scripts, social media posts, etc
- Support in conceptualisation of marketing materials and assets of ISCA Academy products to create a compelling narrative that communicates the value proposition and resonates with the target audience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
Social Media
- Create and curate engaging content, including captions, images, and videos, IG/FB stories and reels, that resonate with the target audience, drive engagement and increase traffic
- Analyse social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to conceptualise social media activations according to business priorities and goals.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging platforms
- Generate and present periodic reports to show the effectiveness of social media campaigns
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in related discipline with strong experience in marketing, content writing and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content
- Proficient in creative tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse social media metrics and make data-driven decision
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms, and their best practices
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and project deadlines
