1) Driving sales to meet targets set monthly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
2) Scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
3) Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies. Conducting regular stock checks and managing stock control processes.
4) Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. Managing cash handling and financial transactions.
5) Planning and executing promotional events and activities.
6) Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
