Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
• Track and report on sales and business development activities, including pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 to 5 -years experience in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry and relevant market trends is preferred.
