Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Consultant to close deals and support in all product-related enquiries from Sales Consultant
- Assist Sales Consultant to close deals and support in all product-related enquiries from Sales Consultant
- Assist line manager to handle customer issues
- Bring customers through the unique selling points and the features of our range of products
- Act at Brand Ambassador and support with Concierge duties
- Conduct test drives to prospects and media
- Ensure showroom operational readiness
- Identify areas to improve margins through product options or enhance specifications
- Nurture and Maintain strong client relationships
- Perform Pre-Delivery quality checks for new and showroom cars to ensure manufacturer standard is met
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standard e.g. mystery shopper survey, e-Learning requirements
- Support the Aftersales operations when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 5 years of automotive experience
- Passion for cars with strong product knowledge
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
- Weekend rotational support required
