Job Description
Scope of Tasks : Project Manager- Sourcing and SLP (Multiple ERPs)
· Responsible for implementation and SAP Deliverables,
· Functional Upstream and strategic sourcing experience.
· Provide project roles, responsibilities, and issue escalation path
· Work closely with Customer & Partner Project Manager to provide status updates, progress monitoring and issue reporting
· Ensure resources are available and properly assigned
· Manage project timeline to help ensure timely completion of all project tasks
· Conduct risk and issue management
· Manage the change order process as required
· Identify and escalates, as appropriate, project issues
· Monitor timely delivery and quality of customer deliverables
· Provide templates for overall Project Administration
· Prepare Weekly Status reports for deliverables
· Support Customer PM/PMO in preparing weekly report for the Project
· Monitor and manage the Risks, Action, Issues and Decision items identified against SAP
· Review the overall quality of the deliverables from SAP and Customer side.
