Audit Manager I Hybrid Work Mode (2 – 3 days / Week WFH)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of audit clients including control of billings and payment collection
  • Responding and attending to all technical and clients’ queries
  • Experience in group consolidation of accounts
  • Preparation of statutory and non-statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS
  • Ability to lead a team and develop business opportunities
  • Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competences
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training
  • Review of audit schedules
  • Organize audit results and highlight points for attention
  • Works closely with partners and staff on client management and practice development

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (recognized by ISCA)
  • CPA Singapore qualification is an advantage
  • At least 10 years of related work experience in audit industry
  • At least 4 years of experience in an audit manager position.
  • Experience in financial services audit and general audit is preferable
  • Strong technical understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, audit standards, accounting principles and related tax regulations
  • Strong Tax knowledge and background is an advantage
  • Managerial and strong leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills to work efficiently and effectively across all levels
  • Analytical with good inter-personal skills and a passion for challenges
  • Independent with good teamwork capabilities
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Ability to work additional hours as required and travel to various client sites
  • Singaporean or P.R

Others:

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 9.00am to 4.00pm (Friday)
