Senior Manager/Assistant Director (FP&A)
Our client is seeking a skilled professional plays a key role in financial analysis and risk assessment, financial modelling and budget management.
Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling
- Update existing 10-year recurrent Financial Model
- Project capitation and fees for Training programs
- Develop a new comprehensive 10-year Financial Model (all funds)
Budget Planning & Management
- Lead budget planning activities
- Conduct annual budget planning and analysis, including Profit & Loss and cash flow forecasting
- Prepare Profit & Loss and cash flow forecasts for all funds
- Monitor budget performance and prepare management reports
- Manage Year-End closing for the budget module in SAP
Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects and collaborations with OU partners
- Analyze performance of programs or new initiatives
- Present financial analysis reports to Management and Board Committees
Cost Allocation
- Determine cost drivers and allocation basis programs
- Complete annual MOE Cost template submissions
- Coordinate with auditors for cost audits
Use of Endowment Funds
- Supervise the utilization of Endowment funds
- Develop policies for drawing down Endowment returns
- Forecast projected Endowment returns for Total Income Contribution (TIC)
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP HANA Implementation
- Fulfill any other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Financial Modeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with SAP FICO modules is advantageous.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Organized and meticulous, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possesses a high level of integrity and is motivated to contribute as a team player.
- Capable of working independently and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
