Job description:
Analyzes requirements, designs solutions, creates specifications for configuration, configures the application for processes in SAP ERP for the assigned functional areas, maintains, tests and integrates application components and provides support.
Can coordinate projects, enhancements and similar.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather, understand, and document specifications and mapping of the solution design to requirements of the SAP ERP system.
- Analyze requirements, provide design solutions and estimates.
- Support the project life cycle and provide expertise for the functional areas and integration elements.
- Support daily management and provide guidance and solution to support escalations and project tasks.
- Quality documentation, including any specifications, diagrams, test scenarios, deployment notes and integration.
- Participate as required in internal and cross work stream design, implementation, testing, master data to support the business.
- Compliance with change management process, approvals and reviews as well as all processes and documentation are aligned with SOX requirements.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options.
- Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives.
- Provide expertise on design and deployment issues across the teams.

OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the IT process competency principles and practices, basic project coordination skills
- Design, develop, test, install and support process configuration.
- Support projects proposals on the basis of cost/benefit justification interfacing with BRM, Stakeholders and Functional Teams across different geographies and core focus in Asia and Australia/New Zeeland
- Understand needs and requirements and make recommendations on best practice systems solutions for small to medium size/complexity/risk projects and changes.
- Analyze detail systems factors: input/output requirements, information flow, standard and best practices, configuration options, alternative approaches, etc.
- Validate alternative problem management proposals and make decisions on solutions.
- Provide assistance to other colleagues in the organization and assist in resolving problems reported by less senior team members.
- Provide guidance to customers and act as mentor to any less senior team members.
- May prepare and complete design, configuration and release documentation and operating procedures.
- May lead design review meetings for small to medium size/complexity/risk projects.
- May coordinate and monitor the activities, such as schedules and allocation, of a small project team.
- Evaluate and recommend technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed design solutions.
- Develop relationships across the Organization both business and functions
- Ability to translate project deliverables to operational task
REQUIRED PROFICENCY
- Minimum 8 years proven knowledge and integration experience in diverse SAP environments and applications in core business process areas of Financials and Controlling such as GL, AP, AR, AM, PC, CCA, IO, PA with corresponding analytics and reporting knowledge.
- Have essential experience with cross SAP modules integration preferably including BW reporting usage.
- Strong testing, configuring and implementation of SAP ERP solutions in Finance and Controlling.
- Experience in finance process transformation including systems implementation and integration within a large, global finance team.
- Solid understanding of the business processes for the area (Financials), if including Product Costing knowledge is a preferential area.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work in a global environment.
- BS/MS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar subject area.
- S/4 HANA knowledge with implementation or migration is an optional advantage.
- Experienced with structured project and change request delivery methodology (waterfall, agile).
- English professional proficiency.
- Mandarin is an optional advantage.
