About the Job
You will lead and manage a team of 5 engineers in developing core product features. Other responsibilities are as follow:
- Align engineering efforts with business goals in collaboration with the Growth Product Manager and business owner.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor team members.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
Skills & Experiences Required
You will need min bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in back-end development, with .NET Core experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading an engineering team, preferably in a remote setup.
- Proficient in micro-service architecture, cloud services, containers, and message queues.
- Strong knowledge of databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with the latest AI technologies and models is preferred.
