Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment for both PMET and Non-PMET roles, payroll processing, conducting interviews, and managing pass applications. This role requires someone who can work independently, contribute innovative ideas, and possess excellent soft skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for PMET and Non-PMET roles.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process.
- Handle pass applications and renewals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Provide support and advice to employees on HR-related matters.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or related fields.
- A diploma in HR or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Strong soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute ideas and be an active participant in team discussions.
