Job Summary:
We are looking for a Property Presenter who has strong interest in the property market. This role requires the ability to both represent our properties to potential buyers and create engaging, informative content that showcases our listings and insights into the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research, develop, script, and deliver compelling real estate content in video and other digital formats.
• Use your expertise as a property agent to provide authentic insights and practical advice for potential buyers via video platforms.
• Collaborate with our marketing and research teams to ensure content is informative, relevant, and aligned with BuyerLab’s goals.
• Present properties and property-related content on camera, engaging both existing and prospective clients.
• Keep abreast of the latest market trends to ensure all content is current and insightful.
• Utilize social media platforms to expand our reach and interact with a broader audience.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to present on camera with confidence and clarity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to script and narrate engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
• Experience with social media and digital content platforms, particularly in creating video content.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
