Job Description
- To coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction documents
- To liaise with client, consultant and specialist subcontractors for project execution
- Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors
- Review and report on the progress of architectural works
- Liaise and work closely with the civil construction team and follow the construction progress closely
- Assist in ensuring that all architectural construction requirements are incorporated into the site construction
- To assist in construction administration process by attending site visits
- To ensures the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or any relevant qualification
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field
- Minimal experience in upgrading works
- Good conceptualization and creative skills
- Reasonable verbal and written communication skills
