- Support the SEA management’s day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are executed timely and effectively.
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for SEA management team.
- Booking of meeting rooms and meeting logistics for in house meetings for the team (f&b, printing of documents, coordination of IT setup (if required) and etc
- Handle general administrative work such manage and maintain company issued mobile phones, processing mobile bills and etc
- Manage the purchase of office supplies, issuance of Purchase Requisition to vendors using SAP system.
- Provide support and coordination for team related company events.
- Assist in providing coverage during reporting line Executive Assistant/Admin’s absence.
- Perform any other duties and undertake various ad-hoc administrative support tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience supporting management team.
