Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Treasury, is responsible for ensuring timely collection of group receivables, managing daily bank fund transfers, supervising the treasury team, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date treasury dashboards. The role also involves coordinating with the Dhaka team for daily operations, preparing management reports, and handling customer claim
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receivable Collection:
o Ensure on-time collection of group receivables to maintain optimal cash flow.
2. Fund Transfer Management:
o Initiate daily bank-wise fund transfers to ensure smooth financial operations.
3. Team Supervision:
o Supervise the treasury team to update the Treasury Dashboard daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
4. Coordination with Dhaka Team:
o Follow up with the Dhaka team to ensure the execution of day-to-day activities and address any operational issues promptly.
5. Management Reporting:
o Prepare and initiate management reports on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank positions to provide insights into financial performance.
6. Customer Claims Handling:
o Collect Exception Request (ER) from concerned departments to address and resolve any customer claims efficiently.
7. Documentation and Accuracy:
o Ensure the accurate submission of payment documents by following up with the commercial team.
o Check the accuracy of factoring charges and other related costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in treasury management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial reporting and management.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
