Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the in-house recruitment team to facilitate recruitment activities across the Group.
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to designated business entities.
- Take on leadership roles in various HR functions such as staff engagement, training and development, and performance management.
- Offer recommendations and aid in the development and execution of new HR initiatives and strategies.
- Compile monthly HR reports for the Group/Business Entities, and prepare statistical reports as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the Company and employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities as directed by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Essential experience in managing extensive in-house recruitment or from a recruitment agency.
- Knowledge of Singapore Labour Law is essential.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, practices, and local employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
