The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of the company's franchise program. This role involves identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, managing the sales process, and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of franchisees.
Job Description
- Identify and target potential franchisees through various channels (advertising, trade shows, online platforms, referrals)
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform recruitment strategies.
- Provide detailed information about the franchise opportunity, including business model, financial requirements, and benefits.
Candidates is required to have at least "A" Levels or Diploma.
The monthly salary range is $3,000 to $6,000.
