Position Title: Order Processing Supervisors
Location: Kallang
Working Days: Mon - Fri, (Alt Sat)
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm | 8.30am – 1pm
Salary: $3,200 - $3,500
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order entry, order validation, invoicing, and shipping, to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to address order-related issues, such as order changes, cancellations, or expedited requests.
- Oversee the daily operations of the order processing department and provide guidance and direction to staff.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure quality customer service is provided.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the order processing department.
- Troubleshoot order processing issues and resolve customer complaints.
- Update receipts of goods and ensure accurate stock records are kept up to date
- Prepare performance reports and analyze trends.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Other projects as assigned by management
Prerequisites
- Minimum of 2-year related experience
- Experience in Sage and supervisor skills will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS office applications
