- Bill and issue of invoices to customers & cargo agents based on job orders
- Scan and email invoices to customers
- Coordination with Operation Department.
- Cost checking of invoices from Airlines and cargo agents
- Process vendor invoices and payment vouchers
- Follow up with vendors for refunds and disputes
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
