Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Increase sales within channel partners.
- Develop and implement business proposals.
- Manage resources to support growth in Southeast Asia.
- Identify new opportunities with internal teams.
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
- Contribute to business plans and sales forecasts.
- Travel up to 50% within the region.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
- Proficient in English and another language (Mandarin, Bahasa Malay, or Indonesian).
- 7+ years of sales experience in forestry/landscape/lawn tools industry.
- Experience with sales through distributors and dealers.
- Project management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Provide training and demonstrations as needed.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Results-driven and committed to sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tools.
