- Perform inspection on all purchased parts and ensure that purchased parts are good for use in Production, or for Finished Goods/Sales.
- Perform inspection on all inhouse machined parts according to company policy and procedure.
- Perform data calculation and analysis from inspection activities and present in statistical analysis graphs and charts.
- Maintain the calibration system, ensure all equipments are calibrated and arrange for calibration of equipment as and when necessary.
- Support in activities leading to ISO 9001 Certification and assist to maintain the company's quality management system.
- Assist Product Engineering in conducting wafer measurement, reverse engineering and failure analysis.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or Precision Engineering.
- ITE, GCE or SPM 5 credits or equivalent (essential); with 2 to 3 years experience in Quality Assurance.
- Able to proficiently use CNC CMM - Vision and Touch-Probe CMM.
- Good PC skills (essential)
