RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Development -
- To work alongside with creatives in the development of all advertising content including but not limited to editorials, campaigns, collaborations and web3.0 content.
- End-to-end content production works which includes but not limited to development of timelines, sourcing of props, procurement of relevant materials and model(s) management.
- Management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) projects from sourcing, liaison, execution to the delivery of all final assets
- Management of multiple projects and ensuring timely content delivery.
- Communicate with influencers, media agency and related vendors to ensure a strong network.
- Facilitate clear communication within organization to ensure proper information and collaterals are well established.
- Budget development, tracking and management.
- Assist in seasonal launch by preparing of marketing collaterals, data entry and other administrative work required.
- Lead in conducting research on various activities and to work on ad hoc projects.
Administration -
- Maintain good relationship with external vendors and to facilitate shipment of products for editorial features.
- Samples management
- Maintain and update Content Marketing Guidelines and SOPs.
- Source and procure relevant vendors and components for all creatives requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the daily operations (data entry, maintain proper records of documentation, invoices, wardrobe procurement etc.)
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Design Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging designs
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
