Position: Human Resource Compensation and Benefit Executive

Salary: Up to $5400
Job Description:
- Assist in implementing and communicating compensation philosophy, policies, and programs.
- Prepare materials for vendor contracting and onboarding.
- Contribute to implementing compensation and global mobility modules in the new HR system.
- Assist in Share Plan Administration.
- Support various compensation and global mobility initiatives and projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of compensation & benefits operations experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of vendor management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with vendors and stakeholders.
- Proactive in recommending process enhancements.
