Job Responsibilities:
- Duties encompass syndication deal origination/ execution related work, including preparation of loan market updates, market sounding, pricing and conditions analysis, drafting term sheets, preparing PM opinion reports, negotiating and reviewing transaction related documents, leading due diligence discussions and other deal execution work streams.
- Execute a loan syndication/ distribution, maintain and develop contacts and relationships with relevant banks and FIs to support the bank’s loan distribution and sell-down targets.
- Review financial documents/ third party appraisal or legal reports/ collateral information, evaluate requests for waivers and amendments, and provide support on facility agent duties.
- Participate in negotiations with borrowers and participating banks, maintain an active dialogue with related parties, and provide guidance and support on SG and HQ deal teams.
Job Requirements:
- Min. with a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business , Economics or any relevant discipline
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
- Good knowledge of corporate banking, treasury products, trade, etc
- Ability to understand the banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
