Oversee and Manage Operations: Ensure the outlet runs efficiently and profitably in alignment with branch standards, meeting the expectations of employees, the company, and customers.
Assist Manager in Supervision: Help supervise the control of food products, beverages, inventory, and labour costs to keep operational expenditures within budget.
Plan and Coordinate Production Activities: Organize, review, and manage production activities to ensure workplace safety.
Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the business adheres to health and food safety regulations and maintains cleanliness in the Central Kitchen.
Maintain Food Quality: Ensure the quality of food meets the required standards.
Foster a Positive Work Environment: Exhibit a positive attitude, proactiveness, common sense, and good teamwork while maintaining the ability to work independently.
Baking Duties: Perform baking tasks as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as cash management and waste management.
Staff Scheduling: Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Task Assignment: Assign specific tasks to outlet employees.
Enforce Service Standards: Uphold the company's service standards.
• Request repairs and maintenance to equipment or other areas of outlet
Job Requirements:
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and industry.
• Long hours of standing during the working shift.
• Polite manner, energetic, cheerful, and hardworking.
• Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers
