Our client is one of the largest international schools in Singapore, offering international education.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the admissions process for potential families, including arranging school tours or offering virtual meetups for families not in Singapore.
- Manage applications by compiling admission documents and following up on any outstanding paperwork.
- Conduct school tours for families with utmost professionalism and empathy.
- Provide after-support to families post-admission.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and data related to our families.
- Collaborate effectively and cooperatively with other team members.
- Work within the scope of Student Admissions Services.
- Support our after-school Enrichment Program activities.
- Manage student recruitment functions.
- Provide course counseling to international families seeking admissions.
- Conduct campus tours.
- Explain the school Master Policy of being a happy, safe, and effective school.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Admissions Director.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- 3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or the service industry.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure during peak times.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
