- Support outlet manager by running and ensuring the smooth operation of the food court
- Monitor food hygienic SOP practice at each food stall and conduct random checks including relevant mandatory certification compliance
- Manpower planning, recruitment and schedule of monthly duty rosters for all staff
- Knowledgeable in all service techniques
- Provide service according to procedures and standards established by the management
- Supervise staff on shift and ensure proper staffing level in order to provide good service standards
- Perform cashier duties as and when required
- Ensure that all pre-opening and closing duties are completed on schedule daily
- Familiar with all items on the menu. Must have good knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time
- Ensure that the items are prepared and ready on time
- Recommend and promote items on the menu or specials to customers
- Maintain accurate inventory on weekly basis according to departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all times
- Clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management
REQUIREMENTS

- Wiliness to learn new items on food and service
- Serious passion in pursuing a career in F&B industry
- Positive working attitude and a ready smile
- Possess a valid Food Safety and Hygiene certification
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
