Job Responsibilities:
· Consolidation of financial records
· Work closely with overseas joint ventures and ensure timely submission of management accounts
· Prepare monthly group management reports on a timely basis
· Prepare statutory group annual report
· Provide reliable and sensible analysis of financial performance and other key financial ratios on a monthly basis
· Liaise with auditors, corporate secretary, tax consultants, bankers and various authorities of Singapore
· Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as an when required
· Any other duties as assigned by superior or the Management
Job Requirements:
· Proficient in accounting and corporate finance, have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
· Able to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking associates
· Highly pro-active, self-motivated and performance oriented
· Able to work independently
· Possesses basic knowledge of Companies Act, financial reporting standards, tax regulations would be an added advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

· Working Location: Aljunied
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
· Salary commensurate with experience
