Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce platform
- Effectively manage the daily retail sales, order fulfillment, customer relationships.
- Customer Service Excellence - Provide a high-standard level of service to all customers by being proactive, identify and solve their problems, and always be professional and courteous.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines and brand standard.
- Conduct stocktake and maintain accurate record of stock level
- Manage retail outlet
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Min. Diploma graduated
- Fluent in speaking English
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with people.
- Results focused with high energy
- Strong interests in events, florals, crafts preferred.
- Experience in opearation or retail sales , especially in luxury retail is an advantage
- Singaporean, PR and Malaysian are welcomed to apply
