Human Resource Intern
*Must be able to commit min. 3 continuous months or more - work in office
*Locals only
*5 days week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm), flexible schedule may be considered
Responsibilities:-
• Assist in updating employee data
• Register course for employee
• Assist to check and process monthly payroll for staff
• Managing the onboarding & offboarding process
• Perform adhoc duties and other administrative duties related to human resource as assigned
Requirements:-
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• No experience is required, entry level is welcome to apply
• Proven experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
