Centific Global Solutions is currently seeking a candidate with high-level attention to detail, project management across multiple stakeholders and time zones, flexible with numerous tracking platforms and sheets, and keen on improvement processes and solutions. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred with a plus in working in the Telco/Infrastructure field and managing external vendors and datacenters.
Job Responsibilities
Project management experience on Logistics Coordination
- Manage Region Projects/Tickets and work with cross-functional teams and vendors to unblock issues
- Understand the status of assigned region engineer's projects and update its' tickets regularly
- Hosts weekly/bi-weekly Logistics Related meetings with stakeholders and take meeting notes to ensure projects are moving along and communicate any risks/blockers to stakeholders.
- Provide a tracker/dashboard that shows progress of each project with pending task
- Unify Ticketing tracking for all requests across different vendors and regions
- Manage CDN site accuracy on our internal database and update changes accordingly
- Lead new Initiative and Project Meetings for Process and Device Improvements
- Coordinate and manage external vendor troubleshooting calls and follow-up tasks
Data Accuracy
- Inventory Database Improvement Strategy by creating plan for healthy amount of spares at each site/warehouse and trigger request for additional spares when it reaches certain threshold
- Raise Site and Vendor Remote Hands to perform site audits when needed
- Update CDP/Internal documents when requested and perform ad-hoc tasks when required
Vendor Support
- Initial POC for all Vendor Queries relating to shipment, access, and chats/communications
- Create Colocation Inbound/Outbound Shipments and track Deliveries
- Work with SCM/Planning to update and add equipments into CMDB- How to receive servers in Twinkle AMS
- Schedule onsite technicians and provide site access requests for all ad-hoc/scheduled activities.
- Ensure ACL list is up to date.
- Submit Vendor Remote Hands Requests to support physical works on site
- Perform regular audits for all site portals, inventory, and hours performed by vendors
- Schedule vendors for ERAD for Reverse logistics and oversee the activities.
- QBR for all vendors
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in client’s office at Singapore CBD area for 5 working days (Monday to Friday) for regular office hours
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required
- Required to have basic knowledge on IT with project management skillset.
- Knowledge on project tracking software and best if you know JIRA
- Experience in Telecommunications/CDN/Datacenter related environment is strongly preferred.
- Proactive, detail oriented and open to flexible working hours if needed.
- Embraces challenges and takes initiative in solving issues.
- Working knowledge on project tracking software or knowledge in using JIRA is strongly preferred. and/or related issue tracking software
