RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop the Philanthropy Collective programmes in a way that creates value for direct users and stakeholders. The portfolio will take an integrated approach across NVPC and includes community-led philanthropy, collaborative philanthropy and philanthropic capability development.
This job contributes to the efforts to support the enhancement of the non-profit sector, which ultimately helps to grow a culture of giving in Singapore.
- Increase the capability and capacity of charities to be more effective in creating social impact.
- Drive the design, planning, implementation and review of the Philanthropy Collective programmes to support NVPC's contribution to enhancing the non-profit sector, with emphasis on the Giving Circles, Impact Measurement and Colabs programmes.
- Engage key stakeholders to support the implementation of the plans.
- Conduct After-Action-Reviews as part of continuous learning and refinement of the programmes.
- Achieve the targets set for the respective programmes.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders that will enable the outcomes to be delivered.
- Degree or similar accreditation,
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information, as well as translate policy guidance into actionable strategies
- Ability to design and implement programmes
- Ability to research, collect data, analyze and synthesize information, as well as translate into actionable insights
- Exposure to Impact Measurement/Monitoring and Evaluation
- Able to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong listening skills and sense of empathy
- Strong collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the non-profit space is preferred
