RESPONSIBILITIES

To develop the Philanthropy Collective programmes in a way that creates value for direct users and stakeholders. The portfolio will take an integrated approach across NVPC and includes community-led philanthropy, collaborative philanthropy and philanthropic capability development.

This job contributes to the efforts to support the enhancement of the non-profit sector, which ultimately helps to grow a culture of giving in Singapore.

  • Increase the capability and capacity of charities to be more effective in creating social impact.
  • Drive the design, planning, implementation and review of the Philanthropy Collective programmes to support NVPC's contribution to enhancing the non-profit sector, with emphasis on the Giving Circles, Impact Measurement and Colabs programmes.
  • Engage key stakeholders to support the implementation of the plans.
  • Conduct After-Action-Reviews as part of continuous learning and refinement of the programmes.
  • Achieve the targets set for the respective programmes.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders that will enable the outcomes to be delivered.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or similar accreditation,
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information, as well as translate policy guidance into actionable strategies
  • Ability to design and implement programmes
  • Ability to research, collect data, analyze and synthesize information, as well as translate into actionable insights
  • Exposure to Impact Measurement/Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Able to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong listening skills and sense of empathy
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the non-profit space is preferred
