We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Executive in Finance to oversee the collection of certification fees and training credit. This role will be responsible for processing certification fee payments, training credits and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions, adhering to the organization's internal policies and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Certification Fee Management:
- Process and manage certification fee payments from individuals seeking certification from our organization.
- Verify and reconcile financial data related to certification fees.
Financial Data Management:
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of certification fee transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile and report on certification fee revenues.
Training Credit
- Check the eligibility and correctness of the training credit declared by the applicant.
- Revise invoice for any changes in training credit claimed.
- To claw back amounts that are not eligible for training credit
- To submit the claim in Training Portal
- Verify and reconcile report.
- To reply to queries from SSG and candidate
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular financial reports related to certification fee revenues and training credits.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and revenue optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role with exposure to financial transactions and data management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing requirements.
