Job Responsibilities:


As a Senior HR Executive of our Company, some your responsibilities would include but may not be limited to the following:

  • Manage day to day aspects of HR function such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc.
  • Manage job postings on recruitment websites and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Responding to job inquiries from various sources.
  • Assist in the on boarding and off boarding of staff including preparation of employment contracts, creation and removal of staff accounts, requisition and return of Company assets, etc.
  • Assist with statutory and compliance submissions such as CPF, income taxes, work pass applications/renewals, MOM labour surveys, etc.
  • Assist in processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including reviewing time-sheets, ensuring all leaves taken are accurately recorded in the system, ensuring that all staff accounts are up to date in the system, etc.
  • Assist in the planning of staff meetings, travels and bonding activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with departments and outlets to understand their staffing requirements and provide support if needed.
  • Identify and propose opportunities to improve the Company’s manpower issues and salary structure.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to the management in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist HR director with other HR matters, when required.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years HR experience, preferably in F&B industry
  • Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Management
  • Competent in Microsoft office and Google functions (e.g. google sheets, forms, drive, etc)
  • Knowledgeable in handling statutory submission through Government portals (WPOL, EPOL, etc)
  • Added advantage if experienced in Infotech and Staffany
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
  • Able to work independently but also a good team player
  • Positive and competent in building and managing interpersonal relations at all levels of the Company
  • Fluent in English
