Talent Connect is recruiting experienced Employment Agent to join our company. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential employers and gather job requirements. the Company will render support by matching canditates and logistics support to ensure that you can concentrate on doing your sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential employers and gather job requirements.
- Source, screen, and select suitable candidates for job postings.
- Liaise with employers and candidates to arrange interviews and follow up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and employer information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.
Requirements:
- CEI certificate is a must
- Past sales experiences in an employment agency, comfortable with cold call.
- Target-oriented & sales-driven attitude
- Comfortable with commission-based income
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
