Business Development
Responsibilities:
· Actively source and identify new potential client leads and business opportunities to expand customer base
· Foster positive client relationship and effectively communicate company solutions to prospects
· Build & establish long-term client partnership by ensuring their recruitment needs are consistently met
· Analyze target market segments to support organization business needs
· Achieve company objectives and monthly sales target
· Manage and maintain clients' accounts obtained from the Business Development team, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of client needs
· Collaborate internally to develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication to meet client’s needs
· Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to add value
Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, arranging interviews, offer management, conducting reference checks etc
- Actively source for suitable candidates through internal database, applications, referrals, networking, job portals and social media platforms
- Create, propose and implement strategies to streamline recruitment initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
