We are looking for a HR Maternity Relief covering from 1 September 2024 until 28 February 2025 (6 months)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing including but not limited to tax withholding, yearly income tax returns (including IR21), salary reviews, bonuses payment, CPF submission, etc.
· Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (including off-cycle)
· Ensure prompted system updates in accordance with statutory legislation change (e.g. CPF changes, statutory contribution, IRAS
· Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll reports
· Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking exercises, payroll-related initiatives compensation & benefits surveys (including Government/MOM).
· Ensure timely and accurate government claims submission (e.g. NS pay, childcare, maternity, etc), staff medical claims (e.g. specialist, health screening, WICA, etc)
· Proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice reports correspondences) pertaining to Compensation & Benefits related activities.
· Manage employee welfare benefits, leave matters, insurance, reports and any inquiries
· Point of contact with external auditors on compensation and benefits matters
· Liaising with insurers with regards to enrolment and termination of members
. Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
. Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
. Knowledge of Times Payroll software / Info-Tech Payroll software is an added advantage
. Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
. Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties delegated from management and superior.
