Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Responsible for updating drawings as per latest information provided
Carry out drawings/Prepare documents for authority submission
Maintains and adheres to filing systems, keeps and updates drawings and registers. them in both soft and hard copies
Assist in administration and documentation of projects
Performing ad-hoc drawing duties as assigned by manager
Preparation and submission of shop drawings.
Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
Diagrams update as and when required.
Site Coordination of works and liaison with PM, client (when needed)
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:Minimum Engineering Diploma/Degree in Architectural, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in building projects for main contractor firms
Proficient in MS Office, Auto CAD, 3D max studio, sketch up, Revit
Familiarity with construction environment will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
