Job Description
- Prepare full set monthly accounts, reconciliations of bank statements, receivables and payables reconciliation
- Prepare monthly payroll and issue cheques for salary payments
- Handled stock listing and perform inventory reconciliation.
- Compile quarterly GST returns, tax computations, financial statements, AIS & XBRL submissions.
- Verify supplier invoices & staff claims and process for payment
- Posting of sales invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, accruals & month-end journals into system
- Generate monthly Profit/Loss reports for management
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with relevant experiences
- Strong understanding of accounting practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
