- Perform 1st level troubleshooting for IT hardware and operational systems and ensure the stability for POS, Network and Systems.
- Manage effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of systems and technologies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years as a System Engineer experience in POS, Network and Systems.
- ITIL Foundation and Firewall experience is an added advantage.
