- Position: Claims Executive
- Location: Raffles Quay
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days Annual Leave + Flexi Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Recording and monitoring of claims notifications from clients
- Assisting in the appointment of surveyors for damage survey
- Coordination of communications between clients and insurers
- Vetting of bills submitted by clients before surveyors'/underwriters' review
- Negotiation with underwriters to ensure fair and appropriate claim payment made to clients
- Providing advice to clients regarding claims issues and status
- Facilitating claims settlements between underwriters and clients
- Collation of documents and information relating to claims as received from various parties
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient with MS Office
- Must be willing to take Commercial General Insurance exams (fully covered by company)
- Full training and guidance is provided for inexperienced candidates
