• Hands-on day-to-day lab operations and perform analytical tests (QC) in the laboratory.
• Developing SOPS /protocol
• Involve in process /equipment Validation/writing validation.
• Be familiar with the regulatory requirements specific to lab operations and ensure all technicians follow those
standards.
• Maintains laboratory equipment performance by making quality criteria, developing protocols; certifying
instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, inspection and repair, and mending.
• Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by holding back stock to set inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;
placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Maintains laboratory productivity by monitoring the workload of functional areas, identifying peak and slack
periods, making operational or staffing adjustments. Maintain smooth laboratory workflow.
• Assist with laboratory administrative duties.
• Lab Maintenance usually involves inspection, cleaning, calibration, testing and repair of lab /and or equipment; and organization and cleaning of the lab, including preparation and storage rooms.
