We are seeking a creative and experienced Store Marketing Manager to drive our store's marketing strategies and enhance brand awareness. As a Store Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to attract more customers and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and develop effective store marketing strategies and plans to attract customers and boost store sales.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute various promotional events, seasonal activities, and in-store displays to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Brand Promotion: Promote the brand through various channels to increase brand awareness and reputation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and other departments to ensure smooth execution and positive outcomes of marketing activities.
- Ability to complete the assessment set by the company：achieve sales targets, lead the team to achieve the targets, and train successors.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: There is no requirement for academic qualifications, but a related major is preferred. We hope you have sufficient social marketing experience.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or store marketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and plans.
- Creativity: Creative thinking and innovation ability to plan and execute unique marketing activities.
- Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills to drive decisions based on data insights.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Team building ability: Ability to recruit and train talents by oneself, with excellent leadership and execution capabilities
