· Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage important business opportunities
· Responsible for the overall management of project budgeting, execution, support and planning with optimum resources, to ensure that project objectives including contractual commitments are achieved.
· The TM must have comprehensive knowledge of the Contract to understand the associated risks and to ensure the proper execution of his responsibilities. This requires a thorough analysis of the contract articles and frequent reference to the same throughout the project execution

· Develop a detailed project Plan to monitor and track progress
· Supervise and monitor the project management team providing direction, support and assistance as necessary.
· Assist in the compilation of technical/commercial proposals where necessary
· Attending and conducting regular internal/external technical project meetings, kick-off meetings and safety sessions.
· To undertake and overlook the activities of the Marine and refinery boiler job and ensure that all the jobs handled are completed on time and comply with the quality while maintaining a safe working environment.
· Establishing and building strong client relationships across multiple industries and geographies.
· Ability to manage relationships with key executives and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.
· Effectively Manage Manpower allocation in shipyard projects
· Make daily site or onboard visits to monitor all the projects
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
· Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.
· Over 15 years of hands-on experience in Shutdown, Marine & Offshore Maintenance and Boilers repair in the Power, oil & gas and marine industry
· Minimum 5yrs+ as a Project or Technical Manager role including commercial, technical and practical project management experience in the geotechnical contracting industry.
· Ability to work effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural work environment.
· Excellent verbal and written skills both internally and with the Client (English is essential, other dialects may be advantageous)
