2 Clinic Assistant required for Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess a minimum of two years of experience within a clinical environment assisting doctor in simple medical procedures
- Proficiency in managing insurance claims is particularly valued
- Have good Communicaton skills
- Knowledge in medical insurance processing
- IT savvy
- Able to start work immediately / within a month upon confirmation
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the doctors in simple medical procedure in operating theatre
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patients' registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
- Handle Administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and ad-hoc duties
Other Information
- Uniform will be Provided
- Working Hours for Parkway East Medical Centre Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:30PM and Saturday: 9:30AM to 12:30PM
- Working Hours for Thomson Medical Centre Monday to Friday: 9:00AM to 5:30PM and Saturday: 9:00AM to 1:00PM
- Month salary ranging from $2,500 - $3,500 with good staff benefits
