Main Responsibilities:
- Performs day-to-day broad range of HR activities including proper filing of documents
- Assisting with the process of recruitment such as, screening candidates, assist with scheduling interview, and issuing employment contracts
- Handle benefits and claims administration
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
- Generates and maintain regular HR reports as required
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration or training provided.
- A good team player with a responsible and positive working attitude and the ability to multi-task.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and interact with staff of all levels.
- Uniform provided.
- Class 3 driver's license.
