Responsibilities:
1. Align with the company's business development strategy and planning to oversee the leasing of data center room resources and the procurement of network, servers, and other equipment
2. Manage the procurement of key equipment and services during the IDC construction process, including project management and business management. This encompasses schedule management, requirement management, business negotiations, price management, contract management, and issue management during execution.
3, Implement procurement cost control targets, aiming to reduce overall procurement costs. Collect and analyze market industry information to inform procurement decisions.
4. Analyze development trends of relevant technologies and products in the data center industry to provide insights for procurement strategy formulation.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years of business-related work experience in data centers, with a preference for candidates with specific experience in data center or equipment procurement. PMP certification is preferred.
2. In-depth knowledge of the construction architecture and solutions of mainstream manufacturers' data centers. Proficiency in the architecture of various subsystems of infrastructure solutions (high and low voltage distribution, HVAC, integrated wiring, weak current monitoring, etc.), with an understanding of the solutions and their advantages and disadvantages from mainstream manufacturers
3. Exceptional business coordination and project management skills, capable of formulating and managing category procurement strategies. Ability to effectively mobilize and coordinate internal and external team resources to ensure timely project delivery and the achievement of company business goals
4. Strong logical and analytical abilities, able to maintain clear and concise logic in complex scenarios, and skilled in using data to identify and resolve problems.
5. High commercial acumen, with extensive experience in project operations. Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale IDC project procurement, delivery management, or solution sales.
